Concord Village Condominiums, located on Atlee Court and Etrick Drive, opened to a grand ribbon cutting ceremony on April 30, 1980. Twenty-six town homes and ranches were under construction with five completed model homes open daily. Built by Duffy Homes, designed by Trott and Bean Architects, the Williamsburg style includes brick sidewalks, old style lamp posts with homes built in a row, close to the street. Our community is a hidden gem in the heart of Upper Arlington, Ohio and part of the larger Concord Village Area Association.

We have a total of 26 residences within Concord Village on Atlee Ct and Etrick Dr. We are a subgroup of the Concord Village Area Association. The Board of Directors governs CVCA which consists of 4 officers and 2 Trustees.
